Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Straight talk: No refunds. But here's our pledge: we are relentless in our pursuit of your design's perfection. Unlimited revisions are your guarantee. We work until your vision is not only achieved, but exceeded. All within the time allotted by your subscription. If the time is up, we will start again the following month.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. Depend your plan
What if we don’t like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
What if i only have just one or two request?
Everything will depend on the size of your requests. You can simply commit to a one-month subscription and pause after the current month because you no longer have specific needs.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you may not have enough design work to occupy the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. This is where pausing your subscription is useful. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let's assume you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused, and you will have 10 days of remaining service to use at any time in the future. Just let us know in advance. (1 week before)
How do I request designs?
Kezako offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Slack and our Kezako app . Some common ways clients request designs are directly via Slack, by sharing documents or wireframes on Google Docs, or even by recording a brief Loom video. However, to get started, all you need to do is send us a message in the messaging system or slack
Is there any design work you don't cover in subscribtion plan?
Absolutely. Kezako does not cover the following design work in our Subscribtion plans. You need to ask for a classic quote : 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), webflow dev and webflow integrations.
Is there a maximum number of requests?
Limits? Not in our vocabulary. Queue up as many design tasks as you see fit. We tackle them one masterpiece at a time, ensuring each one gets the focus it deserves.
